BOOKING DEPOSITS & PAYMENT

All bookings must be made online and require payment of a deposit and booking fee at time of booking. Your deposit will be used as a tab up to the amount paid, and is redeemable on food, drinks & merchandise during your session. We require a credit card & ID to hold for charges more than paid at time of booking. Any additional spend over the value of your deposit is settled at the end of your session. Your deposit is a minimum spend; if you spend less than the deposit paid you will not be refunded the difference. Booking fees are non-redeemable and non-refundable.

BOOKING INCLUSIONS & TIMINGS

Your booking includes full table service during your booked session. Please note you have 1 hour to arrive for your booking. If you do not arrive within 1 hour from the start of your session, your booking & deposit is forfeited. Please ensure your area is vacated by the end of your allotted session time. We reserve the right to move your belongings to our concierge should we not be able to locate you by the agreed time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

As a courtesy you agree to contact the venue if you need to change or cancel your booking. While we will try our best to reschedule your booking, we cannot guarantee that a timeslot will be available. Cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice will be refunded for their deposit payment. No shows and cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be refunded.

WET OR EXTREME WEATHER POLICY

Circumstances such as the weather may impact our ability to provide your experience. We will contact you at the earliest opportunity to advise you of any changes. If, through circumstances beyond our control, your booked experience becomes unavailable, we will offer you:

  • Rescheduling of your booking OR

  • A refund in the form of a voucher to use at The Moseley or Beach Club for any monies outstanding.

Please note we cannot guarantee that your preferred date and timeslot will be available.

DRESS CODE

Neat dress or neat & casual swimwear required at all times. No face tattoos or costumes. ID may be required. Management reserves the right to refuse entry based on consideration of the dress code. The Moseley Beach Club is a family friendly venue. Obscenity and vulgarity will not be tolerated. 

CHILDREN & MINORS

Children and minors need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian and must be supervised at all times. This policy applies for anyone under the age of 18.

SAFETY

Remember to be sun safe, and bring your own sunscreen, sun hat and sunglasses. Shade is not guaranteed. Management reserve the right to put down the umbrellas depending on weather/wind speeds for your safety. Please stay safe and know your limits while swimming. Always swim between the flags. The Moseley Beach Club will not be held liable for any loss of personal property. Due to OHS, in extreme heat service to your beds or lounges may not be offered, this is up to managements discretion in temperatures above 35 degrees.

RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL

We practise strict responsible service of alcohol at all times. Intoxicated individuals will not be served or tolerated. Management reserves right to refuse service. Maximum of 3 drinks per person at any one time, no shots or doubles. The Moseley Beach Club reserve the right to exclude or eject anyone from the premise if they are misbehaving or behaving in an objectionable manner. We will hold you financially responsible for any wilful damages sustained to The Beach Club or property of. There is to be no loitering, as management reserve the right to remove you from the licensed area.

DRY ZONE REGULATIONS

No external food or drinks are to be brought into The Moseley Beach Club. Food and drinks purchased onsite are not to leave the licensed area, whether taken out or passed out. Smoking and vaping are strictly forbidden at all times. Management reserves the right to have you removed instantly for violation of house policies.  

If you use our Sites and Services, we may communicate with you via electronic messages, including email, text message/SMS, or mobile push notifications in accordance with our privacy policy.
